>what is the difference between an 'original artwork' and a 'digital print'?
> original artworks shown on brendonlikestopaint.com are created by hand by Sydney-based artist, Brendon Marczan. for example; an original pencil sketch on paper
> digital prints are artworks which have been created OR reproduced by digitally printing ink on to high quality archival art paper. they may be an artwork created entirely using computer aided design (CAD), an original artwork that has been scanned and re-printed OR a combination of both. specific print details are noted on the web page of each print..

>what price is the artwork?
> all artwork prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD$). to check the price in your currency, please visit www.exchangerate.com for an approximate conversion rate. the PayPal service will convert the AUD$ price into your local currency for you, during the ordering process. if you are confused about the price, please feel free to email me: brendon@brendonlikestopaint.com

>how do i pay for an artwork?
brendonlikestopaint.com currently ONLY accepts PayPal. on the web page of the artwork you are interested in, please click on the BUY NOW button. you will see that there is a button for international customers and a seperate button for australian customers. |
>how long will it take for an artwork to arrive?
> for Australian customers, expect up to 10 days for metropolitan deliveries and up to 21 days for deliveries to remote and rural areas.
> for International customers, expect up to 21 days for deliveries to major capital cities, and up to 27 days for more remote locations
the above times are maximum times, and most artworks will arrive within a few days of ordering. |
>how are artworks packaged?
> original artworks which are framed are wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the glass from cracking during shipping. fragile stickers are shown on the outside cover to ensure all care is taken when handling.
> original artworks which are unframed may be either flat-packed in a cardboard and plastic sleeve OR rolled into a cardboard or plastic tube to protect the paper from bending or tearing.
> all prints are either flat-packed in a cardboard and plastic sleeve OR rolled into a cardboard tube to protect the paper from bending or tearing. |
>which couriers are used for delivery?
> for Australian customers, deliveries are couriered using Australian Registered Post or Australian Express Post Platinum, where a signature is required for delivery. please note that a delivery can not be left at a door step or in a letterbox.
> for International customers, including New Zealand, deliveries are couriered using FedEx. a FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you, once you order is dispatched, and you will be able to track your delivery online at www.fedex.com. a signature is required for receipt of all orders from brendonlikestopaint.com |
