>who are you and what do you do?

> i'm an artist in Sydney, Australia. i love to draw, it makes me very happy, and i love seeing other people happy by my artworks. it's my goal to have more exhibitions so that a diverse range of people can see what i've done and i can be inspired by their stories. there's more about my if you click on the 'about' button in the top left of the home page.

>why are you in my letterbox?

> these days, there's not too many places you can go for people to take notice, unless you're a celebrity, and while my own mailbox was filling up with menu's from the 95th thai restaurant that does free home delivery with orders over $20, i thought a pretty picture might brighten up at least one person's day. i'm delivering about 50,000 letters to my neighbours in sydney so if you got one - luck you!

> it's free... almost. i delivered my letter personally so i didn't have to pay for postage. i did have to pay for photocopying and the recycled paper but you're worth the extra cents.

> it's not advertising because i'm not selling anything. i'm giving a little piece of me away.

>where can i see these artworks in person?

> no-where at the moment. oh don't look at me like that, i've tried. believe me i've tried. after contacting every art gallery in Australia by email and by post, i called some of my favourite galleries in Sydney but unfortunately not one person has returned my call. i had all but given up until i realised that persistence is the key. it's not the art galleries that i want to show my artworks to. it's the public. if any of those galleries have changed their minds or maybe they simply lost the piece of paper with my phone number, here it is again: +61 433 992 804. scare of the phone? email me: brendon@brendonlikestopaint.com

>what is the difference between an 'original artwork' and a 'digital print'?

> original artworks shown on brendonlikestopaint.com are created by hand by Sydney-based artist, Brendon Marczan. for example; an original pencil sketch on paper. everything on this site so far is an original artwork. check back regularly though to see if i've come up with an affordable way to give you a piece of the brendon pie.

> digital prints are artworks which have been created OR reproduced by digitally printing ink on to high quality archival art paper. they are original artworks that have been scanned and re-printed and are always limited edition. specific print details are noted on the web page of any artworks that are printed..

currently there are no digital prints available of artworks by Brendon Marczan

>what price is the artwork?

> all artwork prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD$). to check the price in your currency, please visit www.exchangerate.com for an approximate conversion rate. the PayPal service will convert the AUD$ price into your local currency for you, during the ordering process. if you are confused about the price, please feel free to email me: brendon@brendonlikestopaint.com

> if the artwork is framed, the price includes the frame
