>wings 001 > brendon marczan, 2007 > original artwork > 297mm wide x 201mm high (unframed) (11.69" x 7.91'") > ink + marker on paper i really want to create a whole series of illustrations which are bird themed and i hope over the next year to get the time to realize this, but for now, i sketch smaller artworks with simple wings to remind me of my dreams for bigger things. wings 001 has a great retro feel to it. i can see it used on the wallpaper of an old diner with checkered tiles. the black lines of this artwork are created with ink pen, the colour is marker.
