my mother listens to the easy-listening radio station on her way home from work every day. unfortunately this station seems to play all the hits from not so long ago that it’s cool and retro, but long enough ago that it’s no longer a new song but is now an annoying song that they’ve overplayed through the last few years and really need to give it a rest. 'this kiss' is one of those songs. i’m sure in 15 years time it will have its day again, but for now it should be banned from the airwaves.
not all my artwork is created from music that I was happy to be hearing. some are created because i can’t get the damn song out of my head.
